Healthy Heart Acai, Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Swiss Chard
- 1/2 cup of Frozen Acai Berries (Link here)
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1/2 Avocado
- Coconut water (Link here)
Directions
Fill half the cup with swiss chard. Add the rest of the ingredients and fill to the line with coconut water. Blend with NutriBullet.
